Under the scheme, 50 candidates will be selected for financial assistance to pursue full-time, on-campus master's programmes at foreign universities ranked among the top 500 in the QS World University Rankings. Applicants must also be aged 30 or below as on August 1, 2026.

Selected candidates will receive financial assistance of up to Rs 36 lakh per year, subject to the scheme's prescribed guidelines.
