The students' resistance to conducting NEET, JEE and other entrances amid COVID is gaining support from all over the world. A few climate change activists are protesting against this in front of the United Nations building in New York on Saturday, against this.

The participants in the protest will include Jerome Foster II, founder and executive director of the advocacy organisation OneMillionOfUs and activist Alexandria Villaseñor. "Dear UN, We need you to Speak Out for #StudentsLives across India! Millions of students are forcibly being asking to appear for NEET JEE exams during this COVID-19 situation. This is unacceptable," Foster tweeted. He has also asked the residents of New York city to join him.  I will be protesting in front of the United Nations Headquarters to support #POSTPONEJEE_NEET! If you are based in the USA come join me," he further tweeted.

"Youth in India are trying to save their educational futures amidst the Covid and Climate crises. The #NEETJEE2020 exams determine so much of a young person's life in their country. Support their protest tomorrow in NYC!" Alexandria tweed. Previously, Greta Thunberg too had tweeted against the government's decision of conducting the examinations. Climate change activist Licypriya Kangujam too has been actively campaigning for the postponement of these examinations amid pandemic.
