E-learning to reach civic school students in Andhra Pradesh district

Students of government schools in Korlagunta will be given two sets of uniforms and scholarships will be given to meritorious wards, said civic chief V Vijayaramaraju.

The Municipal Commissioner along with MLA Sugunamma participated in an event held at municipal school in Korlagunta, as part of Nava Nirmana Deeksha on Wednesday.

Addressing the gathering, the Commissioner explained the key initiatives taken by the government in education, employment, industries, services and skill development sectors. He said that e-classes and e-learning would soon be introduced in all government schools as part of the e-school project.

“The civic body will provide snacks during special classes at municipal schools,” he said.

MLA Sugunamma said that the government was keen on uplift of backward castes and youth, and as part of the scheme, government was sanctioning loans to the eligible. “With the help of MEPMA, several skill development schemes have been launched for women to help them attain financial stability,” she pointed out.
