The AP ICET counselling 2026 registration process has begun today, August 24, for qualified and eligible candidates seeking admission to MBA and MCA programmes under the Convenor quota in Andhra Pradesh. The first phase registration, which includes payment of the processing fee, will remain open until August 31.

Candidates can complete the registration and certificate-upload process through the official counselling portal. The processing fee is Rs 1,250 for OC/BC candidates and Rs 650 for SC/ST candidates. You can pay the fee online by credit card, debit card, net banking, or UPI.
Candidates should keep the following documents ready for uploading and verification:
AP ICET 2026 rank card and hall ticket
SSC or equivalent marks memo
Intermediate or equivalent marks memo
Intermediate bridge course certificate, if applicable
Degree consolidated marks memo
Degree Original Degree (OD) or provisional certificate
Study certificates from Class 9/10 to degree, as applicable
Caste certificate, if applicable
Minority certificate, if applicable
Transfer Certificate (TC)
Income certificate for candidates seeking tuition fee reimbursement
EWS certificate valid for 2026-27, where applicable
AP residence certificate for eligible private-study candidates
Required residence proof for non-local candidates
Candidates claiming special-category reservations such as PWD, CAP, NCC, Sports & Games or Scouts & Guides must produce the relevant original certificates. Special-category certificate verification will be conducted physically at the designated Help Line Centre at Government Polytechnic, Vijayawada.
Candidates whose certificates are successfully verified online and require no corrections do not need to report in person to a Help Line Centre. Candidates needing corrections must approach an HLC with their original certificates and required photocopies.
Candidates should scan documents clearly before uploading them. The notification warns that unclear or inappropriate certificates are common reasons for verification problems, while the re-upload facility is available only once.
After registration, web-option entry will be held from August 27 to September 2, followed by an option-change facility on September 3. Seat allotment will be released on September 7 after 6 pm. Self-joining and reporting at the allotted college will be required from September 8 to 11.
