"With the help of real-time working professionals, meaning about 100 advisors, students can discover what kind, of course, they want to take up. For Career Discovery, we have about nine dedicated members who are experts in understanding your career needs and the steps you need to take to move forward," sums up the CEO and Founder.
Since the focus is on graduates and working professionals, Team Skill Monks ensures that they do their market research and bring on board partners and courses that are in demand. What kind of courses? From IT-related to government jobs, you'll find a good mix on their portal. They are also going to offer courses related to entrance exams and such, soon. For now, they have corporates like Sequri Control Technologies delivering Cyber Security courses, Rishi Academy of Competitive Exams delivery Bank PO and IBPS RRB PO courses. "We don't get involved in the curriculum but we make sure our partners understand the market needs and what the students might expect from their course," explains Rameswar. The two basic principles that they run on are offering quality and cost-effective courses that take students forward.

Talking about cost-effectiveness, Skill Monks hosts courses from Rs 4,000 to Rs 3 lakh and they understand that students might not be able to afford their premium courses. So, with the help of skill financing partners, they help the students with loans that are processed within 24 hours, have nominal interest rates that need no collateral and are easily repayable in installments. The road map ahead for the EdTech portal is assessments. And, of course, everything else they can do to ensure students get the best experience.
