India is a very sensitive country in general and just before the elections, she is worse than a touch-me-not. And just like we have retained our 10,000-year-old traditions, we have also inherited sensitivity. Tejasvi Surya, the young and dynamic face of the BJP in South Bengaluru is the perfect example. The Bangalore City Civil Court supported Tejasvi's attempt to save sensitivity by scolding not just media houses but Facebook, Whatsapp, Twitter and Facebook as well, for publishing and spreading any news that would hurt the young and dynamic lawyer that Tejasvi is.
It all started when a lady tweeted that the young and dynamic Tejasvi is a 'womaniser, abuser and woman beater'. But she was the one, she accepts, who was in love with him and that her love was blind. How is that his fault? The court rightly said, "It appears that some of the prima-facie defamatory messages pertaining to him are in transit in the media i.e. print and electronic. The plaintiff has produced a copy of the Twitter publication i.e, called as ‘Me Too’ case against Tejasvi Surya…How all of a sudden these allegations against the plaintiff emerged immediately after he filed nomination for the General Elections is a questionable question."
This is a huge relief. Now we don't have to listen to unreasonable questions from the most reputed dailies and news channels and the unauthorised opinions of the janta.
No media house shall now ask him how, as he says, the government, for the past 5 years, has been a sensitive government. There is obvious merit to the young and dynamic Tejasvi's statement in spite of the media organisations constantly reporting about alleged communal tension in the country and the propagation of an apparent idea of a Hindu Rashtra. No government is as sensitive as the Modi government. The past five years have seen the prime leader of the nation as the epitome of sensitivity. He was the first PM in history to shed genuine teardrops on air. He had to avoid press conferences to keep a cover on his delicate and sensitive self.
Media houses or Twitterati will NOT question him on why he thinks that communism is about keeping people poor. Politics is all about power for the other parties. The more poor people the communists have, the more they can influence them and make others poor as well. Modiji's government has made people give up their free gas cylinders, out of respect and concern for fellow Indians, and given them to the poor.
Newspapers and anchors are often found asking where the development is. They won't ask you now young and dynamic Tejasvi. Development is all-around us but, just like beauty, it lies in the eyes of the beholder. Modiji's vision has found a way for unlimited development even with limited resources.

And we will NOT ask the young and dynamic Tejasvi about why a woman thinks she was in love with him and that he beat her and shared grisly details on Twitter. He said he respects women. What more do we want? It is more than many of the politicians generally say out loud. This is the change young India will bring to politics.
But what seemed baffling is the court also added Republic TV to the list. Must be a clerical error.
