ASU has partnered with BrainGain Magazine, the world’s leading higher education and study abroad magazine, to invite applications for two separate programs that they have launched this year – The Art of Invention Summer Program which will take place from June 2 – June 12, 2018 and the Robotics and Technology Summer Program which will take place from July 7 – July 17, 2018.

Both programs will be located on the Tempe campus near Phoenix, Arizona. Students who get accepted and attend the summer program will get a $2000 scholarship when they apply for an undergraduate course at Arizona State University. The deadline for accepting applications for the ASU’s Master Learners Academy is May 15, 2018.

The Art of Invention Summer Program provides students with a platform to create, try and imagine new ideas in unique week-long summer sessions. Students are introduced to building and prototyping using low-fidelity to rapid prototyping tools to make their ideas real.

The Robotic and Technology Summer Program is designed for students entering high school grades 9, 10, 11 and 12. The program will cover robot construction, visual programming, language programming, C# programming, web programming in service-oriented computing, phone app programming and a robotics challenge. The robots built by students will enter a robotics challenge and demonstration at the end of camp. Students will be awarded a certificate upon successful completion of the program.

Holly Singh, Senior Director of International Students & Scholars Center said: "We are very excited to collaborate with BrainGain Magazine for the launch of our first-ever global summer programs for students who want to study abroad."

"ASU is ranked #1 as USA’s most innovative university and I’m confident that students who will be a part of the summer program will benefit greatly from the curriculum.
