#TransgenderDay: Here are 4 Transgender activists who made this country a better place

It's Transgender Day of Remembrance and we have a chance to explain why does it exist. Observed on November 20 every year, the day aims at raising awareness on the crimes against the community because of transphobia. It was founded in 1999 after the murder of transgender woman Rita Hester.  

India has many transgender personalities that it can be proud of. Here are some who have made a difference and have helped us progress as a society:
