University of Mysore V-C assures action against repetition of MEd question paper

University of Mysore (UoM) Vice-Chancellor Dr G Hemanth Kumar, assuring to take action against those involved in repetition of the MEd exam question paper on Wednesday, has said that he has sought a report and that those found responsible will be appropriately punished.

Reacting to the repetition of the question paper, he said on Thursday that it is indeed true that the question paper has been repeated. "We have a separate system for question paper preparation and examination. But still, there has been this error." He added that an internal enquiry is currently underway to know how this error occurred in the first place. "The Registrar of Evaluation, the chairperson of the examination board and the members of the Question Paper Committee will be responsible for this. I will take sufficient action based on the pending report," the VC told the media.
