Six-year-old student of Velammal Vidyalaya (Annexure) will attempt a record tomorrow in front of hundreds of students. She hopes to sole the Rubik's cube in less than three minutes. If you think that is an impressive feat for a six-year-old, there's more. Not only will she be doing this blindfolded, she will also be reciting Vairamuthu's poems while solving it.

The young genius started solving cubes just four months ago. She was trained by her teacher Uma Chandrika, who says that Sarah's IQ is way ahead of her peers, and that she was able to learn much faster than most kids that age.

Sarah has won five awards for solving the cube so far. However, this will be her first attempt to set a record. She will be attempting four records as the World Youngest Genius in the Guinness Book of Records, Universal Achievers Book of Records, Future Kalam's Book of Records and Tamil Nadu Cube Association Records.

Apart from solving Rubik's cubes, Sarah also enjoys reading and reciting poetry.  The school association, after several successful trial attempts, is confident that she will be able to achieve her goal tomorrow.
