"I started Yoga when I was 17. My mother had a slipped disc and needed yoga for her healing. I just joined in. There has been no looking back since," said Radhika. A BA Honours from Delhi University, she shot to fame once she started posting pictures of herself in yoga poses but with a creative twist. "I started taking yoga pictures at home first but soon it got boring. It was the same content over and over again — it all looked similar. I wanted them to stand out from the rest, so I took it outside," added Radhika.

Yoga is a complete package — mind, body, soul. It cleanses all three. What can be better than that? Though I am not very spiritual I do love the whole concept of body, mind and soul being interconnected. I am not a fitness guru or an expert. For me working out is fun, relaxing and challenging myself. I have had a fair share of experience with different forms of fitness but I do not intend to be preachy. Yoga is fun. Period

She had her first outdoor yoga shoot at Humayun's Tomb and that went viral almost instantly. Radhika had set a trend. "I started off with monuments, then moved to old Delhi. I have also shot in Mumbai and a few other places. But these days it's difficult to shoot outdoors because everyone is doing it. The novelty is not there anymore," added the Instagram star who has 1,14,000 people following her on the social media platform. She wants to experiment with underwater shoots now. A new trend on its way?

So, what's her favourite asana? "The chakrasan wins, hands down. I love it and have done it everywhere, including on top of a car," quipped Radhika.
