Special education for students with disabilities: Challenges 

There are still some negative attitudes towards people with disabilities in India

There are not enough special education teachers to meet the needs of all children with disabilities, and many teachers who are working in special education are not adequately trained.

This can make it difficult to provide children with disabilities with the support they need to learn and grow. For example, many children with disabilities need assistive technology, such as computers or wheelchairs, to help them participate in school. However, these resources are often not available.

Attitudes: There are still some negative attitudes towards people with disabilities in India. This can make it difficult for children with disabilities to be accepted and included in mainstream schools. For example, some people may believe that children with disabilities are not capable of learning, or they may think that they are a burden to their families.
