A two-year-old boy studying in a pre-school in Bengaluru sustained an injury on his left hand and has been traumatised for the past one week one over the behaviour of his teacher. The boy's parents alleged that the teacher told them that the boy was cranky and in order to control him she had to pull him hard which resulted in the his shoulder injury. The parents who are waiting for the management to take action on the teacher for a week has now knocked the doors of police. The school management however, have countered alleged parents that they want to take revenge on the school owner and thus they are creating false allegations.

Arun, (name changed) a resident of Mahadevpura is the son of a software engineer. He has been attending Little Millenium School in Karthik Nagar. According to the complaint filed by the Arun's father with HAL police, his wife who was at work received a call from the school management who informed that her son sustained an injury on his hand as he had fallen while playing. They asked her to come to the school and take him home. The mother went to the school and she was told that the boy was injured when one of the boy in the school threw a ball at him. Arun was taken home and treated there.

Next day they didn't send Arun to school as he needed rest. Since the school management were giving different reasons for the injury, the parents suspected something is wrong. On Wednesday the mother went to the school to question the management. "The school had three versions, once they say my son had fallen down while playing, secondly they said somebody has pulled him while playing and at last they told that he has fallen while climbing the stairs. So, we decided to check the CCTV camera footage," the father said. In the footage, it was seen that the boy was telling the teacher that he wants to go out of the classroom. She pulled him rudely by holding his left hand to a corner of the class and she did it for the second time after 15 minutes. She allegedly did the same to other children in the class, the boy's father added.

The parents then questioned the management why they didn't mention that their son is suffering from pain because of the teacher. The teacher has been identified as Sarika, she said that the boy is cranky and it is difficult to control him. The parents asked the management to take action against the teacher as there is evidence that she doesn't behave properly with the children. But, the management has not suspended her yet.

When The New Indian Express contacted the school management, centre head, Sirisha said, "As parents they can say whatever they want. We have all the evidence to prove ourselves. The parents and our 65-year-old owner of the school are neighbours, they have differences over some issue, so the parents are making such allegations. We have also apologised to them in writing and also issued a warning letter to the teacher."
