Tamil Nadu Engineering Admissions(TNEA) general counseling will start from July 3. The TNEA on Sunday released the detailed schedule of the counselling on its website.
According to the schedule, the online counseling will be held in four rounds from July 3 to July 28. The statement says candidates who have secured ranks from 1 to 9872 can make their initial payments from July 3 to July 10. Similarly, they can add and lock their choices of college in between July 8 to July 10 and the tentative allotment will be published on July 11 and the final allotment of seats will be announced on July 13, with this the first round of counseling will end.
Similarly, candidates with ranks 9873 to 30926 can make initial payments from July 8 to July 12 and their final allotment will be made on July 18. Candidates securing ranks in between 30927 to 64093 can make their initial payments from July 13 to July 17 while for rank holders in 64094 to101692, the date for initial payments is July 18 to July 22. The final allotment of seats for third round and fourth round will be published on July 23 and July 28 respectively.
