Ironic that the first time round, it was on January 16 last year that the impeachment process of US President Donald Trump formally moved into its trial phase. All his tantrums and the horrific coup on the Capitol resulted in nothing.
Last year, Trump was accused of abuse of power and obstruction of Congress over his shady dealings with Ukraine with regards to Joe Biden, the President-elect. Lucky for him, he was acquitted by the Senate.
