The comfort of studying at your own convenience on an online platform is all the more critical and will be counterproductive if you cannot manage time and dedicate yourself towards the demands of the course. You need to think and behave like a professional while embarking on an e-learning course to ensure that you have some professional development. Though this may sound very basic and primitive, it is easier said than done.
I have come across many youngsters who have been unable to complete their online courses for the simple reason that they could not allocate enough time in a systematic manner.
The craze for registering in an online course is short-lived and will vanish from your mindset after getting caught up in the mess they create. In many instances, this mess is a product of self-destruction as youngsters would not have allocated their time properly.
It is well known that online courses offer a great amount of flexibility and is quite accessible to all, bringing in the best of resources from established institutions and faculty at a reasonable cost. There is, however, another dimension to it from the perspective of the consumers or the candidates who get enrolled for various courses.
They get caught in a spell of procrastination and lack of professional attitude to manage themselves within the time provided to complete the course.
Many candidates resort to pursuing online courses on an e-learning platform while being engaged in another form of study or work. The lack of compartmentalising their time and schedules and appropriately juggling the course and regular activity robs the shine from them.
The lack of self-control in letting distractions steal your precious time acts as a deterrent to achieving your goals on the online platform.
The tendency to surf the internet, use the mobile to make calls, listen to music or watch videos could come in your way, which you have to be careful about.

Prioritise right
Losing focus on priorities often leads to improper time management

Don’t get lost
Getting lost in a virtual study makes online learning a non-compelling experience

Don’t burn out
