8.81 pass percentage increase in KSEEB supplementary exam results this year

A total of 2,13,955 students had appeared for the exams including the freshers as well as repeaters out of which 1,09,719 students have passed the exams. Hence, the total pass percentage is 51.28

The Karnataka Secondary Education Examination Board (KSEEB) released the SSLC supplementary exam results today. This year, 51.28 per cent of candidates passed the exams, while 42.47 per cent passed last year. The pass percentage this year is 8.81 per cent more when compared to the previous yeat. Like every year, this year also, the pass percentage among girls is higher when compared to boys. The supplementary exams took place from August 7 to 13, at least 13,834 teachers participated in evaluation process in the exams that were held in a total of 84 exam centres in 14 districts across Karnataka. 

A total of 2,13,955 students had appeared for the exams including the freshers as well as repeaters out of which 1,09,719 students passed the exams. Among 1,35,202 boys 65,652 have passed the supplementary exams which comes up to 48.56 percentage. Similarly, 44,067 girls had passed the exams among a total of 78,753 girls which came to a pass percentage of 55.96. Out of the 105,207 candidates in the urban area, 50,764 candidates (48.25 per cent) have passed, while in rural areas 10,848 out of 58955 candidates have passed. (54.21%).

The date for applying for a photocopy of answer papers and re-evaluation is from October 17 to 21 and the re-evaluation process will begin from October 20 to 29.
