At a time like this, when thousands have lost jobs, how will this platform help?
SCIKEY has launched the 'Jobseeker-to-Jobsecure' initiative to connect job seekers with employers. As the COVID-19 impact forces many employers to downsize their company, taking the unemployment rates to an all-time high, SCIKEY is offering the entire platform at zero cost to provide a stimulus to the economy. Job seekers can register and upload their profile through the jobseekers tab on the SCIKEY Talent Commerce Platform or even create fresh digital resume called Fresume under the Services tab on the job seeker page. Employers can register on the platform and can confidentially access the resumes of the impacted employees on SCIKEY. Our algorithm will put impacted employees as first preference for any new opening. Employers can also list all their active jobs for new hiring. Finally, we are not restricted to just full-time jobs, but also contract jobs, remote working opportunities and soon releasing even freelance work that can be extended to all such impacted people.

The SCIKEY MindMatch Algorithm can map a professional's mindset that is based on a set of questions that understand the individual's emotional quotient, ego filters, aspirations and belief levels, habits and the ecosystem disturbances that cause distractions and stress in a professional’s life. This data is further filtered to derive professional behavioral elements of any individual and is termed as Mindset Map.
