The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) released the e-admit card for the Civil Services Main examination 2019. The UPSC CSE Main admit card can be downloaded from the official website, upsc.gov.in. The UPSC CSE Mains 2019 examination will be held on September 20.

Only the candidates who have cleared the UPSC CSE 2019 prelims and have also filled both forms for UPSC Main application will be eligible to appear for the CSE Main exam. Around eight lakh candidates had appeared this year for the prelims examinations which were held on July 7, 2019.

UPSC Civil Services (Main) admit card 2019: Here's how can download:

Step 1: Visit the official website, which is upsc.gov.in
Step 2: On the homepage, look for the link that says ‘e-admit card: Civil services (main) exam’ under the ‘what’s new’ section
Step 3: Click on ‘click here’ on the new pages
Step 4: Read instructions carefully and then click ‘yes’
Step 5: Log-in using credentials like your registration number/ roll number along with the password
Step 5: Admit card will appear on the screen
Step 6: Download the admit card and print it for future reference

Candidates whose photo is not clearly printed on the e-Admit Card that you download will have to bring a passport size photograph (one for each session) along with the undertaking for appearing in the CSE Main examination. Further, in case of misuse of the examination admit card, the candidates will be responsible, as per the official notice by the UPSC.

The UPSC conducts the civil services examination for recruitment to the Indian Administrative Service (IAS), Indian Foreign Service (IFS), Indian Police Service (IPS) and other central services and posts in accordance with the rules published by the Department of Personnel and Training in the Gazette of India extraordinary.
