Tamil Nadu +2 result 2019: Here's how you can get your marksheets, apply for retotaling

The results for Tamil Nadu Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC) exam 2019, in which around 9 lakh candidates had appeared, has finally been declared on Friday. The Tamil Nadu Directorate of Government Examination declared the TN HSC Higher Secondary Certification 12th exam results on April 19 at 9:30 am. The examinations were held from March 1 to March 19. A total of 8.8 Lakh students had appeared in the exam.

Students can check the results on the official website of Tamil Nadu Board at the following websites:

All students can collect their marksheets from the schools that they studied in between April 20 to 26, 2019. If the candidates want an electronic marksheet that can also be obtained between April 24-26 by putting in their details like registration number online on the website dge.tn.nic.in.

If the students want to apply for a retotaling or for the xerox copy of their answer scripts, they can do so between April 22-24 from their respective schools. Please think twice before you come with a request for this. Only if you get a xerox copy of the answer script then check it thoroughly and then apply for retotaling.

For obtaining a xerox copy of the answer scripts, each subject would cost Rs 275. For retotaling, Zoology would cost you Rs 305 and all other subjects would cost Rs 205 each. You are required to pay at the school office directly.

You will receive a receipt after you have applied for retotaling, make sure you keep it carefully and the number printed on it will be used to check the status of your request on the same website- dge.tn.nic.in.

The supplementary exams for the 12th standard will be held between 6 to 13 June. For the 11th standard, it will be held between 14 to 21 June.
