As a digital marketer who founded DigiView Technologies, Sai Charan Reddy Pammi was tired of making websites for everyone else. So, when he launched Recruitment India in September 2016, he was proud to call it his own. But what do the portal and Android app, which in fact was launched in March this year, do? Junior engineer, clerk, postman, sanitary inspector — these and many more government jobs, both State and Central, are the kind one can find listed on this job portal.

The total number of subscribers they have is over 50,000 and premium subscribers are over 100

And they have had a whopping 31 million page views since they started. It did not come easy, of course. Sai Charan tells us that his first two portals did not click and only after reinventing himself and coming up with the idea of Recruitment India was he able to garner so much attention. "I went through many forums, existing portals and followed the footsteps of many senior digital marketers to come up with this portal," says the youngster who has bootstrapped this start-up to date.

Based out of Ongole, Andhra Pradesh, Sai Charan explains that the website is divided into three categories - jobs that are state-wise, qualification-wise and role-wise. And since 2018, they have even been gathering question papers and uploading various questions pertaining to government exams. This online examination questions portal was launched last year and they have over 15,000 questions in their bank right now.

They have over 11,000 job posts on their portal and they have 15 content writers on their team

"We also have two part-time teachers who solve these papers and we upload the answers so that the aspirants can verify their answers," explains the 25-year-old. Additionally, Sai Charan also asks the teachers to prepare tough and unique questions so that students can really understand where they stand. In fact, the technical questions are prepared by Sai Charan himself. They have four subscription plans, the first of which gives access to questions that have appeared in previous papers and this is free for all.

Sai Charan tells us that many students have been asking for online classes, as it is the norm these days, but the entrepreneur is not too keen to jump on that bandwagon just yet, not until he is fully prepared at least. Though they are in the want of funds, Sai Charan, who pursued his MBA in Marketing and HR from BA & KR Degree & PG College, wants to start working on educational content for YouTube and deliver the content in Telugu. "After we gain a decent number of subscribers, we will start premium classes," says the youngster, confidently.

Their plans
The four plans they have are:
- Free access to previous years' questions
- Premium subscription for one month at Rs 49
- For six months at Rs 99
- For a year at Rs 149
