For someone who has been teaching for most of his life, who has travelled from Kashmir to Kanyakumari to spread digital marketing awareness in colleges like DAV Institute of Engineering and Technology, Jalandhar, IIT Sambalpur and more, Sai Ramesh still longed to teach. But he wanted to teach differently. Why? I mean, why not. He has been teaching programming languages since his high school days in Repalle, Guntur and then, coaching over 10,000 more through the Students Point Coaching Centre. After 13 years of the same service, wouldn't you crave change too? "That's why I started coursedunia.com. I wanted to offer courses online in Telugu," says the 33-year-old who booked the domain last August and started the website on March 25.

And then Ramesh thought, why not open up the platform to others who are willing to offer their courses in Telugu too. But what if they don't have the know-how to record one? "We will help them record their course and upload it on our website for free," says the digital marketing expert who offers courses on freelance digital marketing platforms like Fiverr (a freelancing platform) as well. The USP of started coursedunia.com is that while 50 per cent of the courses are free, the rest are nominally priced. "Also, every Sunday, we conduct live doubt-clearing classes," says Vijayawada-based Ramesh who also published a book in February titled Online Money Mantra

Every video comes with an assignment to ensure that the practical aspects of the subjects are also given importance. We are told that over 10,000 students from Andhra Pradesh and Telangana have already availed the many courses on this portal. Currently, they use Teachable (what is this?) to create and sell these courses, however, Ramesh is working on his own LMS (Learning Management System) and on new courses, like on spoken English, cyberspace, Instagram and so on. The long-term goal is to also offer internships to students so that their e-learning has a solid base of experience as an integral part of it.
