KSET Cutoff 2026 Live Updates: Final result link, cutoff list soon; previous years' cutoff trends

Karnataka Examinations Authority is expected to declare the official KSET Cutoff 2026 along with the final result soon. The window to file objections to the provisional result closed on October 24, and the SC certificate number correction window closed on October 28. Therefore, KEA is expected to declare the final result along with the cutoff list soon. KSET Cutoff 2026 Link & Final Result Link - To be Released

KEA released the final answer key on October 23, through which the final result shall be prepared. As per the final answer key, grace marks were awarded in almost 10 subjects, and the answer key for certain questions changed across the subjects. Management subject has the highest grace marks, i.e., 10 marks, and this may clearly impact the cutoff marks. As per the previous years' cutoff trends, the cutoff for the management subject might go beyond 200 marks. However, this analysis is based on the 2025 cutoff marks only.

The cutoff marks will be released for all subjects and categories. Similar to last year, the SC category cutoffs will be released for Category 1, 2 and 3.

GM is the General Merit column in the KEA cutoff tables. It should not be confused with the PwD or transgender subcolumns. The 2025 KEA tables use SC A, SC B and SC C headings, whereas earlier years' may show a combined SC category. These classifications should not be treated as directly interchangeable in historical comparisons.

The last three years' official cutoff PDFs present category-wise cutoff marks against a maximum of 300 marks. A year-on-year increase or decrease describes past results only. It does not establish the level of the 2026 final cutoff, which must be checked in KEA's own subject-wise and category-wise announcement when available. Students and parents should check the relevant official notice directly, rather than rely on unverified summaries, before taking action.

A KSET cutoff is not one universal mark. KEA’s historical PDFs publish different thresholds for individual subjects and categories.
