Loyola College to host outreach programmes for NGOs with focus on the Union Budget

Loyola College Society,  a  reputed Higher Educational Institution in Chennai is hosting an Outreach Programme conducted by the Commissioner of Income Tax  (Exemptions), Chennai and his team of officers for enlightening non-profit organisations on the compliance-related aspects with a focus on the Finance Bill 2020 and the salient features of Vivaad se Vishwas scheme 2020 on Friday, March 13 at their  Engineering College (LICET)  Auditorium, Loyola campus, Nungambakkam.

Rector and Vice-President Rev Dr Francis P Xavier SJ will deliver the inaugural address, Shri Arun C Bharat IRS, Commissioner of Income Tax (Exemptions), Chennai will deliver the keynote address and also participate in the interactive workshop to clarify the queries on the latest amendments in Union Budget with reference to the non-profit organisations and the Vivaad se Vishwas scheme 2020 of the Central Government. Shri VM Mahidhar IRS, JCIT (Exemptions) and other officers together with CA Dr MK Andasami FCA, PhD will speak on relevant topics. Nearly 200 delegates consisting of NPO leaders, financial experts from Tamilnadu and the neighbouring states are participating in the above outreach programmes.
