West Bengal doctors defy Supreme Court order and continue protests | Protesting medico explains why

The West Bengal Junior Doctors Front (WBJDF) has staged a march Karunamoyee to the Swasthya Bhavan at 1 pm today, September 10.

Their primary demand is the removal of the health secretary, Directorate of Medical Education (DME), and Directorate of Health Services (DHS).

Despite the Supreme Court's direction that protesting doctors should resume their duties by 5 pm today or face action, the junior doctors have staged a protest.
