Ahead of the event, Professor Ian Greer, President and Vice-Chancellor of Queen’s University Belfast, said; “We are very pleased to be visiting Bengaluru to offer prospective students, teachers, parents and careers advisors insight into Queen’s University Belfast.” Laying emphasis on the format of the event and what we can expect from it, he says, “The Experience Queen’s event is designed to be a multi-sensory experience, allowing those attending to engage with staff and alumni, discover more about the university, enjoy traditional Irish music and sample some Northern Irish food. Furthermore, thanks to Virtual Reality headsets, attendees can ‘visit’ the university’s beautiful campus and see how rich the academic heritage and historic buildings mix with state-of-the-art facilities.”
