India has long helped us believe silence is the best, literally, whether you're being groped, secretly having your cleavage photographed or worse, finding random images of you online.
In most cases of abuse or harassment, one in 10 women raise their voice or actually go after the perp, the rest are fearful of the repercussions. As phones become a weapon of choice and more victims add to the list, is it enough to just stay quiet to remain safe?
